Warranty

Products purchased from SAMYANG Global are covered by the SAMYANG manufacturer warranty.

Warranty period

Europe: 5 years from the date of purchase
All other countries: 3 years from the date of purchase

After a repair, the product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Defects found on arrival

Please report any defect found on arrival within 14 days of receiving the product, with photographs or video showing the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a free exchange or a full refund, and SAMYANG covers the international round-trip shipping costs.

How service is handled

Manufacturing defect: where the photographs or video clearly show a defect in the product, it will be repaired free of charge. SAMYANG covers the international round-trip shipping costs.
Damage caused by the customer: we will inform you of the repair cost, and the paid repair will proceed only with your agreement. The repair cost and international round-trip shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Cause cannot be determined from video: where the product must be physically disassembled and inspected, the customer pays the international round-trip shipping costs in advance. If a defect is confirmed, these shipping costs are refunded in full.
No fault found: if the product is found to be working normally, it is not eligible for exchange or refund, and the international round-trip shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Paid repairs

When a paid repair is required, we will send you a separate Shopify payment link for the repair cost. The repair proceeds once payment is completed.
Products whose repair cost remains unpaid will be kept for up to 6 months. After this period, unpaid products will be disposed of.

How to request service

Please contact us or email sy_support@lksamyang.co.kr before sending any product, with your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and photographs or video. Do not ship a product for service without prior acceptance from us.
