Shipping

DHL Express from Korea

All orders ship via DHL Express, dispatched from Korea.

• Orders of US$200 or more: shipping is free.
• Orders under US$200: a flat DHL Express fee is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within a few business days of payment. A DHL tracking number is issued once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Transit time depends on destination and customs clearance.

Address accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address, recipient name and contact number are complete and correct. DHL requires a reachable phone number for customs clearance in most countries. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
